Seeing your branches on one screen is the easy part. The hard part is managing products and prices the same way at every branch. That's what Orderly was built for.
Products are distributed with their recipes
You define a product once at HQ and it reaches every branch together with its recipe. Categories, kitchen sections and menu groups missing at the target branch are created automatically; the recipe's ingredients are matched to the branch's own stock cards. Stock cards, categories, units, suppliers and barcodes can also be distributed from HQ.
Regional pricing
The same product can be priced one way at a coastal branch and another way inland. Separate prices can be set for franchises and the warehouse.
Transfer flow with mandatory documents
Transfers have four stages: request → approval → dispatch → delivery. Only the source can approve and dispatch, and only the destination can receive. The buttons stay locked until an invoice is uploaded for dispatch and a receipt for delivery. Every transfer has a document number and every action is logged.
Delivery variances are measured
When receiving, the actual quantity is entered line by line; requested, delivered and the difference are all visible. For shortages, a write-off, return or correction action is chosen and recorded in the log under its own reason code. The chain report measures warehouse performance by fulfillment rate.
Paid transfers
For chains that sell goods to franchisees or dealers, transfers can be charged: enter a unit price per line or a total amount, and mark it paid or unpaid.

Pricing is managed at HQ. If HQ wishes, it can set different prices by region, so branches with different cost structures can have their own pricing.
