About Caller ID
It will. With a caller ID device plugged into the landline, it works without a PBX. Many solutions on the market require a PBX subscription; ours doesn't.
It does. For mobile lines, Android-based call capture is used; calls land in the system and the customer card opens.
The software side is included in the license. If you'll use a landline, all you need is the caller ID device itself; we'll point you to a suitable one.
