Who can see what, and who can do what
The thing that hurts restaurants most is leakage. That's why we built permissions on two levels: which screens someone can see, and which actions they can take.
Page-level and action-level permissions
You can define unlimited roles and grant permissions across 27 modules. Page permissions such as tables, products, expenses, stock, end of day, reports, staff, logs, settings, production, kitchen, delivery and self-service, and action permissions such as taking payment, assigning to an open account, void, refund, comp, moving items and editing bills are granted separately.
Hiding the menu isn't enough — access is closed, too
A permission doesn't just remove the link from the menu. Every page checks permissions first; unauthorized staff can't open a page even if they type its address directly.
Activity log
The answer to “who deleted this bill?” is always in the system. Every action is recorded with the staff member, table, bill and source. The log screen has free-text search and filters for staff, date range and source; records can be exported to Excel.
Staff lock
After a period you set, the screen locks and asks for the PIN again. A staff member who walks away from the till doesn't leave their session open.

Not unless you allow it. Reports, expenses, stock and cost screens are separate permissions. Staff without permission can't open the page even if they know its address.
Yes. Voiding is a separate permission, and every action is recorded in the activity log with the staff member, date and bill. You can search the log screen and export it to Excel.
