Notifications go to the right person
Because extensions are matched to staff, the pop-up appears only on the screen of the person who answers the call. It doesn't pop up on everyone's screen at once.
Setup: it doesn't even take half a day
If you use a mobile line, the connection runs through Android; no extra device needed. If you use a landline, a small caller ID device is connected to the computer at the till. We do both setups together with you remotely.
