Three mobile apps, one license
In many systems, a mobile waiter app means a separate license or a separate device fee. In Orderly, the waiter, owner and courier apps are all included in the annual license. Available on iOS and Android.
Waiter app
Waiters take orders and payments without leaving the table. The app isn't a shrunken copy of the panel: sections, tables, bills, orders, payments, fast sales, delivery, self-service, open accounts, printing, reports and stock operations can all be done on mobile. Actions like moving and merging tables can be done from the phone, too.
Owner app
Keep your finger on the pulse of the day without being at the business: total revenue, net earnings, bill and order counts, expected revenue including open tables, and the payment type breakdown on one screen. You can close the end of day from your phone, too. The reports section tracks revenue, net profit, average basket and change versus the previous period, broken down by day, week, month and year.
Courier app and live map
For businesses with their own couriers. The courier claims the order from their phone, updates its status and shares their location. The map on the POS side refreshes regularly; a location older than five minutes counts as offline. Location data is stored at each delivery step — no more “I did drop it off” arguments.
Permissions apply on mobile, too
Staff permissions are enforced in the mobile apps as well. A waiter can't see a screen on their phone that they can't see in the panel.
